Aleksandar Paunkovic
Aleksandar Paunkovic was born on 11. 03. 1994. in Prokuplje, Serbia. He graduated from the High School of Electrical Engineering, Department of electrical technician of automation in 2013. He enrolled in the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade in 2014. He graduated in 2018 from the program of applied arts, module applied painting, in the class of Professor Miroslav Lazovic. Master ’ s degree in 2019 at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade, module applied painting.

Jelena Paunkovic
Jelena Paunkovic was born in 22.10.1995. in Belgrade, Serbia. She graduated from the High School of Graphic, Department of Graphic Design in 2014. Overwhelmed by information that natural environment is under threat from human activities, we wondered: "Will people in the future see plants and nature only through photographs, the same way we now look at extinct animal species?”
With this series of works - entitled "Life", we want to draw attention to the great importance of nature and a healthy living environment.

“The modern world’s consumer-driven lifestyle has led to an alarming surge in waste generation, creating a pressing environmental challenge. From plastic packaging to electronic waste, the improper disposal of waste poses significant risks to our planet.” – Project CECE
We began to ask ourselves:
How and when did plastic waste start to “choke” our planet? , What are the reasons that there is less and less clean water? , How did we manage to poison the earth so much? …
By asking questions, we started to change our lives...
We started growing our own fruits and vegetables. We started to live together with plants, and we got a chance to understand them better.
A new way of life - a new series of paintings
Everyone is looking for ways to express themselves, to leave a mark or draw attention to contemporary problems. Some express themselves through film or music, some are good speakers and writers. We found a way to express ourselves through painting and art. No one remains indifferent when standing in front of our artworks, most of which are painted in large format. Everyone looks at the paintings carefully, and then starts asking questions they’ve never thought about before…
And then people all over the world heard about our work, and our story started to grow rapidly
