The print comes carefully rolled into a cardboard tube. Given size refers to size of the paper or canvas.<\/p>\n

To ensure that your package is properly delivered<\/strong> and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct<\/strong>. We do not take<\/strong> responsibility for incorrect information<\/strong>. If your package is returned to us<\/strong> due to incorrect address<\/strong> information, you will be charged<\/strong> the re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your item.<\/p>\n

Due to the collective nature of art and art products, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item you have received is damaged.<\/p>\n

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 72 hours with a photograph that clearly shows the damage and we will send you a new one at our expense.<\/p>\n

Upon fully examining your claim, we will notify you as to whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the damage. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.<\/p>\n

Depending on the country you are ordering from, you may be charged certain taxes and duties that are not included in the price and that\u2019s beyond the control of J&A Paunkovic art studio.<\/p>\n
